Fluent in both Hmong and English, Nisha is passionate about promoting collaboration and inclusivity. Jared started with Anchorage Recovery in July of 2021 as a treatment coordinator, assisting clients in getting connected with resources in the community as well as finding appropriate aftercare for clients. In October of 2023 Jared took the role of Human Resources Manager for Anchorage Recovery. Anchorage was purchased by Meridian Behavioral Health on April 1st of 2024 and has held steady in his role as well as being added to the Meridian Behavioral Health Recruitment Team in July of 2024. Jared has a passion for helping people grow and develop to be the best version of themselves and is also an assistant football coach at his Alma Mater, Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
