Outpatient Program

EOSIS offers a virtual intensive outpatient program for Minnesota residents with internet access. Enjoy the same quality treatment as in-person sessions from your own space.
Sessions run Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to noon, and most insurance plans cover the cost.

Explore our extensive network of four adult outpatient addiction treatment centers in Minnesota. Our outpatient locations are in Minnetonka, Litchfield, Eagan, and New Brighton, where a path to recovery and support is available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, all of our programs will work with your insurance provider for payment including public funding. During your first call, our Intake Coordinators will help check your current benefits with your insurance provider. We are considered In-Network with most insurance providers.

EOSIS does not provide lodging during outpatient treatment but we’ve developed strong relationships with those that do so we can make a referral for you.
In order to create a comprehensive, individualized treatment experience for you, the first step will be completing a Substance Use Assessment which will help determine what level of care would be the most appropriate for you.
