EOSIS Meadow Creek addiction treatment center is a women’s 50-bed facility located in Pine City, Minnesota. Just an hour outside of the Twin Cities, Meadow Creek offers a peaceful campus feel as it sits amongst the fields and forest. For women 18-years-old and older, Meadow Creek is a place where women can come to realize their full potential.
Staffed by professionals with the ability to treat both substance use and mental health needs, we customize treatment plans to help foster healthy living and coping skills for every person, ensuring each person leaves with the skills to thrive in a new life of recovery.
Your treatment team meets formally on a weekly basis but have daily meetings to discuss your progress in meeting clinical milestones so that your treatment plan can be adjusted to make sure you are progressing with your treatment goals.
In addition to treatment services, we provide coordination of services with outside professionals. We can help you get registered for college classes or help you obtain your GED. We will help coordinate CPS visits or host virtual meetings with your kids. If you are pregnant, we will initiate medical care, get you insured, as well as arrange for prenatal classes, vitamins and birthing classes.
You’ll participate in recreational therapy with activities like walks, crafts, basketball, volleyball, badminton, campfires, corn hole and more. All so that you can learn to have fun without the use of substances. You can feel safe here with 24/7 staffing and cameras both inside and outside.
