Residential Centers:

Alcohol and Drug Treatment in St. Paul, Minnesota

EOSIS Latitudes is a 20-bed, LGBTQ+ facility designed to meet the specific substance abuse and mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ community. Located in St. Paul, Minnesota, Latitudes is more than a treatment center, it’s a place for LGBTQ+ individuals of all genders, 18 years of age and older, to transform into the people they’ve always strived to become.

EOSIS Latitudes:

LGBTQ+ Residential Facility

EOSIS Latitudes is a place where fear is replaced with hope and recovery becomes a reality. By incorporating a full spectrum of evidence-based treatment models and partnering with LGBTQ+-specific community partners, Latitudes can provide the right kind of opportunities to make lasting change possible.

You’ll start by conducting a thorough assessment of your substance use history, mental health issues as well as any medical issues you may have. Considerations like living situations and economic challenges will also be addressed. From there, recommendations will be made.

If treatment is recommended, you’ll get a plan specific to you. Each person’s treatment day is different and the length of time in treatment is uniquely yours. There is no cookie cutter approach to treatment. Your treatment team has routine meetings to determine where you’re at in your recovery process and will adjust your treatment plan to ensure you’re meeting clinical milestones.

We can help you with things like STD/HIV testing, non-emergency transportation to outside appointments and anything else you need. Our facility is beautiful and large, and you’ll have access to staff as our staff to patient ratio is small. You can be whoever you want to be – we’ll meet you where you are.

Testimonials

THIS PLACE HAS A GIANT HEART. The individual focus of care is evident. I was presented with multiple options regarding my care and the assignments given were tailored to me and rarely generic. Staff was ALWAYS available for questions when needed. My recommendation could not be higher.

I loved everything about this program. I learned about the LGBT community and was welcomed with open arms. What i liked most about this program was how nice the staff are and how they can be understanding and caring. I love you latitudes.

The very freeing feeling of being able to drop my walls of being a ‘gay person’ in a straight world, and work on our substance abuse issues!

My counselor helped me tremendously. He listened and talked to me when I needed to talk. He would also play soccer and catch with me.

I liked that it was a smaller program. I could tell the staff genuinely cares about us. They really went the extra mile to ensure we are prepared for the next part of our journey.

The staff was very engaged and care about each person that comes through the doors.

I really liked the closeness of the community and the involvement of the staff. I felt very supported by the staff members and it really felt like a family at Latitudes.

That the staff truly do care about every single patient in their care. It feels like they come here because they love their jobs. They also have a true passion for passing on the message of recovery. The group cohesion amongst the staff is a clear indicator of a flourishing program.

All of the staff were very helpful and professional also enjoyed the fact that it’s a smaller more intimate vibe.

The staff treats everyone with respect and are friendly and super supportive. They also behave as a family and that is nice to see.

I came here for help and additional tools to help with my recovery and way of life. I absolutely received that. I never felt invalid and was always comfortable to ask the questions that I needed to ask. I felt supported and the staff was very genuine.

The staff that work here genuinely care about us especially the counselors and RS staff.

The staff was very hands on and available when I needed anything or concerns, and they were address in a timely manner.
