Andy Muhlenburg

Director of Strategic Accounts and Sales Operations

Andy Muhlenburg brings over a decade of sales experience to EOSIS, combined with extensive expertise in the behavioral health field. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to collaborating with fellow professionals and facilitating access to care for individuals affected by substance use disorders and other mental health challenges. Andy is currently advancing her clinical qualifications as she works toward becoming a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, further solidifying her dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves.

Tami Knudson, B.S.

Outreach Manager

Tami Knudson’s marketing and business development career spans two decades in the industries of medical, substance use disorder, and health & wellness. She’s work in all mediums from television to newspaper and has a background in agency account services as well as in-house marketing management and business development. She received her B.S. in Mass Communications from the University of North Dakota. She began her career with EOSIS in February of 2023. 

Amy Stephan

Outreach Manager

Amy Diamond Stephan brings over a decade of experience in outreach, marketing, and relationship-building to her role as Outreach Manager at EOSIS. Amy plays a vital role in expanding access to care and raising awareness about EOSIS programs. She leads community engagement and referral development efforts to connect individuals with life-changing behavioral and chemical health services.
 
Amy is known for her strategic approach to partnership development, her compassionate communication style, and her deep commitment to helping others navigate the path to recovery. She works closely with providers, community organizations, and families to ensure that people in need can find the right support at the right time.
 
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of St. Thomas. Her work is grounded in the belief that strong relationships and clear information are essential to better health outcomes—and that connection is at the heart of healing.

Noah Hetrick

Outreach Specialist

Noah Hetrick is a dedicated behavioral health professional who has been part of EOSIS Recovery Services since 2020. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience across multiple roles, including his work on the intake team and on-site at the organization’s residential facility in Stillwater, where he supported individuals in early recovery. These experiences have given Noah a strong, well-rounded understanding of the recovery process and the importance of meeting individuals with compassion, respect, and individualized care. He is known for his patient-centered approach and his ability to build trust while helping individuals navigate the challenges of substance use and mental health recovery.

 

Now serving as an Outreach Specialist, Noah continues to expand his impact by building meaningful relationships and connecting individuals and communities to EOSIS services. He is currently pursuing his goal of becoming a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and remains deeply committed to reducing stigma and advocating for those in recovery. With a passion for helping others and a strong foundation within the organization, Noah brings both experience and heart to his work, striving each day to make a lasting difference in the lives of those served.

Michael Kirschling

Outreach Manager

Michael Kirschling is the Outreach Manager for Beauterre, a premier residential treatment center operated by EOSIS.
 
Michael brings a deep passion for connection, recovery, and service. With a strong background in relationship-building and community engagement, he is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and referral partners navigate the path to healing with compassion and clarity.
 
As Outreach Manager, Michael serves as a bridge between Beauterre and the broader recovery community, building trusted relationships throughout the region. His focus is on ensuring timely access to care, strengthening partnerships, and making sure every person in need finds the right support at the right time.
 
Michael’s commitment to recovery is both professional and personal, and he believes that real healing begins with genuine human connection. He is proud to represent a facility that offers evidence-based, individualized care in a serene, supportive environment.
