Take the First Step: Start with a Call

Getting help for yourself or a loved one begins with a simple phone call. Our compassionate admissions team will listen to your needs, gather key information, and guide you through every step of the process. Whether you’re seeking care for substance use recovery or need assistance transitioning from a hospital or detox facility, we are here to help. Your journey to recovery starts with a conversation.

Determine Your Treatment Needs

After connecting with you, our clinical team will conduct a comprehensive Substance Use Assessment. This vital step helps identify the most effective treatment options tailored to your unique recovery needs. It also provides essential information for securing insurance approvals or public funding, ensuring you receive maximum support on your path to healing.

Find the Right Program for Recovery

At EOSIS, we offer a wide range of drug and alcohol treatment programs across Minnesota, including outpatient services and residential treatment centers. Once your treatment plan is established and financing confirmed, our top priority is to help you begin your recovery journey without delay.
