Matthew Mortinson joined the EOSIS team in February of 2018 as a Business Development and Marketing Representative after working in various capacities of behavioral health since 2005 while pursuing his undergraduate degree. With a brief departure from EOSIS as the Executive Director of St. Paul Sober Living, he rejoined the organization in September of 2021 as the Treatment Director of EOSIS Bridge in Sauk Rapids, MN, followed by moving to his current role as Executive Director of Patient Access. Matt is an active member of the recovery community and board member of MASH (MN Association of Sober Homes).
Bethany has been working in the behavioral health field since 2015 and joined EOSIS in June of 2024. Bethany received a degree in Counseling with a focus on Addiction from Southern New Hampshire University and is working towards her MSW and LADC through Walden University. She developed her passion for residential treatment as a Residential Counselor and then Aftercare Specialist for volunteers of America. Bethany worked as a Housing case manager for Catholic Charities then as the Therapeutic Recreation Director for a mental health focused Nursing home in Minneapolis where she designed and implemented their relapse prevention and recovery program.
