At EOSIS we believe recovery is a journey, not a finish line. Alumni services are an extension of residential or an outpatient treatment program. We believe in the power of community and the importance of ongoing care. No matter how long you were with us, whether you completed the program, transitioned elsewhere, or were here for a brief time, you are part of our alumni community. We want you to know that meaningful support is always here for you.
The EOSIS Alumni Collective exists to foster lasting connection, provide meaningful recovery resources, and create refreshing experiences that strengthen lifelong recovery.
We build strong, supportive relationships grounded in clean and sober fellowship, connect alumni to trusted recovery guidance and materials, and host intentional gatherings that leave individuals motivated, renewed, and ready to continue recovery—one day at a time.
Alumni events can be found on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/eosisrecovery. Site specific communications and events can be found at https://www.facebook.com/eosisrecovery/groups.
