ST. PAUL, Minn., June 23, 2026 – EOSIS, a leading behavioral health provider headquartered in Minnesota, today announced the acquisition of five Utah-based behavioral health programs from Family Help & Wellness: Elevations, Seven Stars, Solstice West, The Approach, and ViewPoint. The programs will collectively operate as EOSIS Utah while maintaining their individual program names.
The partnership marks a significant milestone in the success and growth of EOSIS and its commitment to providing behavioral health services to individuals and families.
EOSIS Minnesota serves adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders through a comprehensive continuum of care that includes detoxification, high- and low-intensity residential treatment, outpatient services, and recovery support. EOSIS Utah specializes in residential and assessment services for adolescents and families facing complex mental health challenges.
“While our organizations serve different populations, we share a commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges,” said Lewis P. Zeidner, Chief Executive Officer at EOSIS. “As we spent time with the leadership teams and staff at these programs, it became clear that our organizations are aligned in both mission and values. We are excited to welcome these exceptional teams to EOSIS and support their continued success.”
The addition of EOSIS Utah expands the organization’s geographic reach and enhances its ability to serve individuals and families across the broader spectrum of behavioral health needs. The transaction also strengthens EOSIS’ long-term growth strategy while preserving the clinical quality, operational strengths, and community relationships that have contributed to the success of the Utah programs.
The acquired programs have established reputations for providing specialized mental health services for adolescents and their families. EOSIS intends to maintain continuity of care for clients, families, referral partners, and employees throughout the transition while continuing to invest in program quality and long-term growth opportunities.
“At EOSIS, our name is inspired by Eos, the Greek goddess of the dawn, symbolizing hope, renewal, and the opportunity for a new beginning,” said Zeidner. “That philosophy guides our work every day and reflects our shared belief that healing and recovery are possible for the individuals and families we serve.”
