Located on a beautiful campus just one hour south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Beauterre distinguishes itself by building multiple therapeutic modalities into personalized care plans – a holistic, effective approach that attends to your needs.

Beauterre provides an adult residential co-occurring recovery program for men and women who are dependent on or abuse alcohol or other drugs and may have co-occurring mental health disorders. Your licensed and credentialed treatment team will get to know you so that they can develop a comprehensive treatment plan that will address your medical and mental health needs as well as your substance use issues. Beauterre also provides programs for health care providers and other professionals as well as a relapse prevention program. And because addiction affects your family as well, we’ve got support for them too. For more information about Beauterre, click here.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Beauterre’s Intensive Outpatient Program is a great option for those that don’t need a residential level of care or for those that need a little more support after a residential stay. You can continue to engage in employment, education, family and community obligations while attending treatment services. Program hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am-noon.

“The time spent there will forever hold a special place in my heart! My counselor and the staff reminded me that I’m worthy of a sober life and helped me acquire the tools needed to live that way.”
According to EOSIS outgoing patient satisfaction surveys, 97% of patients say that they had a better understanding of their illness and are better equipped to manage their treatment.
“I would not be here today if it wasn’t for Beauterre and the care I got… Some things work for individuals and some things don’t, but you’ll find what you’re looking for at Beauterre.”
“I have been to many other places for my alcohol addiction but this is the only place where I felt absolutely at peace… I highly recommend [Beauterre] for anyone who is struggling and willing to change!”
“By allowing myself time away and being provided the tools I needed in sobriety was exactly what I needed – especially the focus on mental health… I learned so much about myself and my behaviors and really found a true sense of self and confidence I hadn’t had in so long.”
“The schedule keeps you busy but also provides for down time too. The grounds are great to walk all year long and they also have a small gym with some cardio machines and weights. Highly highly recommend.”
“I have made some of the best of friends and they have become my family, my network, my support.”
“After almost losing my life to addiction, the professional staff was able to send me off with the confidence and positivity I need in recovery. The driving range, walking trails, and great food made it a comfortable and relaxing stay.”
