EOSIS New Beginnings in Litchfield, Minnesota is a licensed outpatient addiction recovery center that provides evidence-based treatment and the support you need while remaining in the community. You are able to maintain family, work and personal commitments while attending treatment and pursuing your personal recovery goals.
Our outpatient addiction treatment programs are tailored to engage, motivate, and educate individuals on a personal level. We offer a combination of group and individual therapy, educational sessions, skill-building workshops, and effective relapse prevention strategies to support long-term recovery. You will receive relapse prevention and coping skills development, substance use education, mental health and emotional wellness support, recovery-focused skill building, peer support and connection, and support for maintaining sobriety in the community. If you live in or near the Litchfield area, we will still see you in person for assessments, admissions, and/or individual sessions.
In the relapse prevention program, you will have the opportunity to process obstacles and triggers, work on improving communication skills, coping skills, managing relationships, daily recovery disciplines, and return to employment and meaningful daily structure. You will identify their relapse triggers, factors, and high-risk situations, practice recovery skills set, and demonstrate abilities to utilize community sober supports, healthcare, and mental health services. Clients will engage in some reintroduction to 12 Step philosophy, co-occurring disorders, processing emotions, and exploration of available community resources.
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program
The EOSIS virtual intensive outpatient program is perfect for those that can’t get to an in-person program. The program is available to anyone who resides in Minnesota who has a computer, tablet or phone with internet access and can be in a private setting. You get the same treatment as you would at our in-person programs but from the comfort of your own space. Programming is Monday through Thursday from 8 am to noon and again from noon – 4 p. Insurance covers the cost of this program and EOSIS is in-network with most insurance companies.
