EOSIS Bridge is located in Sauk Rapids Minnesota – just outside of Saint Cloud. The 96-bed men’s residential facility is licensed as a co-occurring facility and has been specifically designed to foster a warm, calming, and supportive environment for men to heal from both substance use and mental health conditions.
Here, you feel like you’re part of a community. Addiction isolates and separates us so community helps us recover. You will start with an initial assessment to determine the appropriate level of care to meet your unique needs. From there, a more thorough and ongoing assessment will be done to review your medical, mental and substance use history. If you’re working with an outside professional, we will coordinate care for a smooth transition from one service to another. If needed, non-emergency transportation will be provided.
The caring and highly trained staff at EOSIS Bridge work with each person to design a personalized care plan that supports everyone’s individual journey to recovery. The team meets throughout the day to review your treatment plan and assess your progress in treatment to determine if changes are needed. When you’re not in treatment, you’ll participate in recreational activities so you can learn that you can have fun, without the use of substances. EOSIS Bridge is a large facility with room to spread out and is handicapped accessible. There’s a walking trail, fitness room, basketball court, ping pong, card games, karaoke and at times, we even host talent shows.
