EOSIS Cedar Ridge treatment center is a 34-bed men’s facility situated in a rustic wooded setting located just outside of Stillwater, Minnesota. Licensed as a co-occurring facility, Cedar Ridge can address both your addiction and mental health concerns by using evidence-based practices to give you the best chance at lifelong recovery.
Getting started is easy. You’ll do an initial assessment to determine if addiction treatment is needed and if so, what the right level of care can best meet your individual treatment needs. From there, a more thorough assessment of your mental, medical and substance use history will be conducted by a licensed professional so that a plan can be put together by your treatment team.
Your team meets formally once a week to discuss progress towards your treatment goals and will make any adjustments to your treatment plan as needed. But daily huddles are also conducted to keep you on track.
In addition to your standard treatment services, you may participate in art therapy or recreational therapy such as volleyball, basketball, frisbee golf or time in the gym. You’ll work with a discharge planner when you are near the end of your treatment time so that you can continue to receive the services you need to support your ongoing recovery. That might include coordinating care with outside providers or non-emergency transportation to appointments.
